Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by STAZA Store.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied to approved returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, where required by applicable law.

Refunds
