Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping method:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–24 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–27 business days after payment confirmation, including order processing and shipping time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain restricted areas, remote locations, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses depending on carrier availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and delivery address.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders if shown at checkout.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
